DUTY MANAGER / CLUB SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a new Duty manager or club supervisor to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
- Previous experience in the industry preferred
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
- Team management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work day/night shifts, including weekends.

Souths Club is currently seeking fun, vibrant personalities to join our team!

We are currently searching for new team members to join our two Clubs - Souths Leagues Club and Suburban Bowls Club across multiple areas of the club, including reception, restaurant, cafe, gaming, gaming, functions and the kid’s room.

TO BE CONSIDERED, IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU:
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (if applicable) or a willingness to obtain before commencement
- Available to work day/night shifts, including weekends.
- Friendly disposition and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Be at least 16 Years of Age

CHEF OR COOK

We have an opportunity for enthusiastic and creative Chefs or Cooks to join the Souths team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Experience in stock control;

• Efficient ordering of stock;

• Able to perform all prep work;

• Calm under pressure;

• Formal qualifications and experience in comparable commercial kitchen operations;

• Ability to read dockets and effectively communicate in a fast-paced kitchen;

• Friendly, hardworking individual with the right attitude;

• Available weekends and nights;

• The ability to work as part of a team and multi-task;
